Wore with sneakers and a tee, also with heels and a blouse. This skirt works for both. The fabric has nice structure and the pleats hold up through washing.
Fits true to size and the A-line is flattering. The recycled polyester is a bit stiffer than traditional polyester, but softens after a wash or two.

The length runs long and I had to hem it. I'm 5'2" and the XS was still ankle-length. Good skirt, but know your hem tailor if you're petite.
